What the video keeps and what it replaces

The result is a full person replacement. The face, hair, skin, body, and clothes come from the photo. It is not a head pasted onto the performer, and it does not keep the pale pink shirt unless your photo wears one.

What stays: the motion, the gestures, the mouth movement, the camera, the red light, the stairs, the crowd, the person in front with the phone, and the audio.
