Agreement
By using dame hombro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
dame hombro lets you upload a photo of one person and buy credits to generate a short vertical video of that person on the Dame Hombro stairs. Google Sign-In, if you use it, is only for creating or opening an account. Generation uses Fal, not Google APIs.
We may change or pause a feature. We will try to give notice when we can.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at jolahuaii@gmail.com if you see unauthorized use.
Photos and acceptable use
Upload only a photo you have the right to use: yourself, your pet, or an adult who agreed.
You may not use the service to:
- Create nudity, sexual content, or intimate imagery of any person.
- Create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any deepfake sexual content.
- Upload photos of minors.
- Upload celebrities, strangers, or anyone who did not agree.
- Break the law, attack the site, steal other people’s content, or send spam or malware.
We may refuse, delete, or report content that breaks these rules. Google APIs are not used to generate images or videos.
Payment
One result is $6.90 and three results are $19.90, billed in USD by the provider shown at checkout. The $9.90 figure is the undiscounted single price shown beside the offer. Checkout does not raise the price after the first purchase. Each result spends one credit. Refunds are handled case by case — email jolahuaii@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The Madrid performance, the song Dame Hombro, and the official video belong to their artists and label. This site does not own them and is not official. You keep the photo you upload. The generated video is for you, subject to these terms. Do not present it as an official release.
Termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account in settings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or not being able to use the site.
Changes
Material changes get a new date at the top of this page.
